As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we believe it’s important to connect directly with you to share the steps we’re taking to do our part to keep our members, our employees and our communities safe and healthy. This is a rapidly evolving situation that we will continue to monitor, and will provide updates to our members as needed.
The Training Fund is operating business-as-usual and is here to help you by providing access to benefits and resources to assist with academic and career planning. We are encouraging our staff to follow all safety protocols provided by the CDC and local government and public health agencies to ensure that anyone who isn’t feeling well stays home.
We have directed our educational navigators to meet with members off-site from clinical and hospital locations. We have also temporarily suspended all hospital campus navigator outreach. This is meant to respect the workspace of healthcare employees who may be seeing higher-than-normal volumes of patients and who need to focus on the critical care of their patients.
At this time, our office is open during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. During those hours, you can reach us at 425.255.0315 or . If you need to meet with your educational navigator, please contact them directly to seek options for meeting off-site from hospitals or to connect via a Zoom meeting.
Our hearts go out to all those who’ve been affected by COVID-19. Based on the guidance we have received from various health agencies, our own preparedness, and current conditions, we remain open for the business of helping our members chart their health careers and navigate the benefits the Training Fund provides.
