Avoid Compassion Burnout – Join us for a special mental health workshop

You are always caring for others, now make time to care for yourself.
Self-compassion is necessary for your work. Learn how to avoid burnout in the healthcare field with author and teacher Dr. Kristin Neff.
Together with Dr. Kristin Neff and the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, the Training Fund is hosting a 1.5-hour virtual workshop titled “Caring for Others Without Losing Yourself” from 1-2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4.
