“The training fund is here! For more than a decade we’ve been pushing Providence to join and with this great win we now have access to the great wrap around services our health career fund has to offer. This good news means workers who might be struggling financially wont be stopped by the cost of educational and career advancement. This helps recruitment and retention and establishes an internal pathway to help fill positions. This has been a long time coming and is a real game changer for folks here at St. Pete’s.”
